Bid Packages must be submitted on Bid Form Proposal through Pleasant Valley Corporations Bid Portal which will be provided upon notification of interest in bidding this project to qualify.

This project is tax exempt & requires State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Labor and Davis Bacon Rates
RFI’s must be submitted no later than Thursday July 1st 2021 @ 12:00 PM to arhodes@pvccinc.com
Any proposed equal for a Standard shall be submitted to Pleasant Valley Corporation no later than Thursday July 1st 2021 @ 12:00 PM to arhodes@pvccinc.com
If no Addenda are issued in association with the Bidder’s request, the proposed Equal shall be considered rejected.

The Grace House – Board reserves the right to waive informalities, to accept or reject any and all or parts of any and all bids, in whole or part or any combination thereof or award the contract to other than the lowest bidder. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the closing time and receipt of bids.
